Any sale item purchased on the Sud Express website or ordered in-store can be refunded if the return meets our standard conditions.

However, a sale item purchased directly in-store (not through an order) cannot be refunded.
👉 In this case, a store credit will be issued, which you can use on a future purchase in the same boutique.
