Your order is being processed by our logistics team and has not yet been handed over to the carrier.
ā±ļø Preparation time:Ā 48h to 72h business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
ā ļø This timeframe may be extended by 2 to 3 days during commercial operations (sales, private sales, etc.).
š¦ Status āShippedā
Your parcel has been handed over to the carrier and is on its way.
You will have received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
š Track your parcel directly from your customer account or via the tracking link in the email.

Status āReturn receivedā
Your return has been registered by our warehouse.
ā³ Please note: the overall processing time for a return is 10 to 15 business days from theĀ drop-off of your parcel at the relay point. This timeframe includes transportation, receipt at the warehouse, processing, and refund.
š³ Once validated, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

From your customer account, you can track returns in progress, view past orders, download invoices, and update your delivery information.
