Can I combine multiple orders into one?Updated a day ago

🚫 No, it is not possible to combine or merge orders once they have been confirmed.

As soon as an order is validated, it is automatically transmitted to our logistics partner for processing and preparation. This means:

  • We cannot merge multiple orders, even if they were placed just a few minutes apart

  • It is also not possible to modify or add items to an order once it has been submitted
