You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) in-store and receive either an exchange or a store credit. 💫
Refunds are available only in our company-owned boutiques, for non-sale items, and will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction (cash, credit card, or Alma).
⚠️ Items purchased with a gift receipt cannot be refunded.
In such cases, an exchange or a store credit will be offered instead.
