Is it possible to get delivery in store ?

We do not offer in-store delivery yet. Currently you have the option to choose two delivery modes : - At home  - The nearest "Point Relais" from you.

Can I return my eshop in store ?

Orders can not be exchanged or returned in stores. If you order on our e-shop, we only offer a return and an exchange. If you wish to know exactly the process to return your order, please read the question "How to return my order ?".

Can I get a refund in store ?

Purchase made in stores are not subject to refund. You have 15 days to return your items for an exchange or credit note.Refund is possible exclusively for pruchases and returns made within our Succursales shops and for articles which are not on sales
