Please visit the Sud Express boutique where you made your purchase, bringing your item and receipt with you.
Our store advisors will examine the product and provide the most suitable solution.
If further analysis is required, your request will be forwarded to our Quality Department for review.
🧾 For an item from a previous collection
Please contact us at [email protected] and include the following details:
your receipt, or if unavailable, the date and store of purchase,
the product name, size, and color (found on the inner label),
a detailed description of the issue,
and photos clearly showing the defect.
Our team will get back to you promptly with the most appropriate solution.
