Can I get an invoice for my order?Updated a day ago

🧾 Yes, your invoice is available directly in your customer account.

To download it, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Sud Express account

  2. Go to the “My Orders” section

  3. A download icon will appear once your order status is marked as “Shipped”


💡 Good to know:

  • Invoices are only generated after your order has been shipped

  • No paper invoice is included in the package — all invoices are available online only
