At the moment, exchanges are not available for online purchases made on the Sud Express website.
If an item doesn’t suit you, simply return it from your customer account — you’ll receive a refund once the return is processed, and you can then place a new order for the desired size, color, or style.

👉 Please note that shipping fees for the new order are at the customer’s expense.
⚠️ Exchanges and returns in-store are not available for orders placed online.
