If your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes after the payment is validated.

📩 Tip: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam or junk folder.


🔎 How to check your order status:

  • Log in to your Sud Express customer account

  • Go to the “My Orders” section

  • Your order will appear with the status “Being prepared” if it has been successfully registered


❌ No email received? Nothing showing in your account?

If you don’t see any confirmation and nothing appears in your customer area, this means the order was not completed.
In this case:

  • Your bank account will not be charged

  • You can safely try placing your order again


💡 Important tip:

After confirming your payment (e.g., via your banking app), make sure to return to the Sud Express website to finalize your order.
👉 Without this final step, your order cannot be processed.
