How can I change or reset my Sud Express password?Updated 11 hours ago

Need to update or reset your password to access your Sud Express account? Here’s how to proceed, depending on your situation:

✅ If you’re already logged into your account:

  1. Go to your Customer Account.

  2. Click on the “My Information” tab.

  3. For security reasons, you’ll be automatically redirected to the password reset page.

❌ If you’ve forgotten your password:

  1. On the login page, click on “Forgot your password?”.

  2. You’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password.

❗ Didn’t receive the password reset email?

Your account may not yet be activated online.
In that case, please contact our Sud Express Customer Service at [email protected], and describe the issue.
We’ll assist you in activating your account and regaining access to your customer area.
