Need to update or reset your password to access your Sud Express account? Here’s how to proceed, depending on your situation:
✅ If you’re already logged into your account:
Go to your Customer Account.
Click on the “My Information” tab.
For security reasons, you’ll be automatically redirected to the password reset page.
❌ If you’ve forgotten your password:
On the login page, click on “Forgot your password?”.
You’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password.
❗ Didn’t receive the password reset email?
Your account may not yet be activated online.
In that case, please contact our Sud Express Customer Service at [email protected], and describe the issue.
