🇫🇷 Returns from mainland France

Returns are free of charge for all orders delivered within mainland France, with no minimum purchase, when using the Mondial Relay carrier. 💫

If you choose to send your return via La Poste or another carrier of your choice, the shipping costs will be at your expense and under your responsibility until the parcel reaches our warehouse.
👉 We recommend choosing a tracked shipment for better security and visibility.

🌍 International returns (DHL deliveries)

For any order delivered with DHL, return shipping costs are also the customer’s responsibility, and the parcel remains under your responsibility until it has been received and processed by our logistics team.
