I am not receiving my loyalty voucher, who should I contact?Updated a year ago
If you have reached a threshold to trigger a voucher, it will be sent to you by email the day after your purchase.
- Have you checked that your email address provided in-store is correct?
- We invite you to check your spam/junk folders as our email might be there.
- Please note, if you have unsubscribed from one of our newsletters, you will no longer receive emails or vouchers.
If your email address is correct and you are still subscribed, we suggest contacting our customer service at the email address: [email protected].
Rest assured, your voucher is still valid in-store upon identification at the checkout. You can also find it in your customer account, under the "My loyalty space" tab.
