Why does this happen?
In mainland France, if an item is out of stock at our main warehouse, it can be shipped from a local store using our Ship From Store service.
This service is not available for international deliveries.
Therefore, some items may show as available on our website but will actually be unavailable once you enter a shipping address outside mainland France.
International orders
📦 Orders shipped internationally are exclusively processed and dispatched from our central warehouse.
⚠️ If an item is out of stock at this warehouse, it will not be available for international shipping—even if it still appears in stock on the website.
