I haven’t received my loyalty voucher, what should I do?Updated 19 hours ago

👉 If you have reached the threshold required to unlock a loyalty voucher, it is sent to you by email the day after your purchase.

Checks to perform

  • 📧 Make sure the email address provided in-store is correct.

  • 📂 Check your spam / junk mail folder: the email may be there.

  • 📰 If you have unsubscribed from our communications, you will no longer receive emails – including loyalty vouchers.

If you still haven’t received your voucher

  • Confirm that your email address is correct and that you are subscribed to our communications.

  • 👉 If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected].

Good to know

  • ✅ Your loyalty voucher is still valid in-store, it can be retrieved at checkout once you identify yourself.

  • ✅ You can also find it in your customer account, under the “My Loyalty Space” section.
