👉 If you have reached the threshold required to unlock a loyalty voucher, it is sent to you by email the day after your purchase.

📧 Make sure the email address provided in-store is correct.
📂 Check your spam / junk mail folder: the email may be there.
📰 If you have unsubscribed from our communications, you will no longer receive emails – including loyalty vouchers.
If you still haven’t received your voucher
Confirm that your email address is correct and that you are subscribed to our communications.

✅ Your loyalty voucher is still valid in-store, it can be retrieved at checkout once you identify yourself.
