I haven’t received my order yet, why?Updated a day ago
Before opening an investigation, please check the following:
1️⃣ Did you receive your order confirmation email?
This email confirms that your order was successfully placed.
2️⃣ Check your order status in your customer account:
If the status is “Being prepared”, your order is currently being processed in our warehouse.
The standard preparation time is 72 business hours (excluding week-ends and holidays).
3️⃣ Extended preparation times?
During sales events, private sales, or special promotions, preparation times may be extended by 2 to 3 additional days.
4️⃣ If the status is “Shipped”:
Your order has been handed over to the carrier. You can track your package using the tracking link sent by email.
5️⃣ Package marked as delivered but not received?
