I haven’t received my refund — can you give me an update?Updated 25 days ago

We’re sorry for the delay 💫
Once your parcel has been dropped off, please allow 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered, processed, and validated by our warehouse.
Your refund is issued only after the returned items are received and checked by our logistics team.

As soon as your return is approved, you’ll receive an automatic email confirming your refund.

📦 Track your return

To follow the progress of your return parcel within mainland France, log in to your customer account, under the “My Purchases” section.
You’ll find your Mondial Relay tracking number there to check its delivery status.
