It typically takes 10 to 15 business days for your parcel to be returned to us by the carrier and processed by our warehouse. Merchandise is only processed upon receipt at our warehouse. You will then receive an email confirming that the refund has been processed.
To track the return shipment of your parcel in mainland France, you need to go to your customer account, in the 'My Purchases' section, where you will find your Mondial Relay tracking number.
After all these checks, if you still haven't received any updates on your refund and the deadline has passed, our advisors are available to provide you with more information and initiate an investigation.
