I received my order but it contains one or more damaged items.Updated a year ago

Thank you for your order, and we apologize for this incident. Despite the care we take in crafting and preparing our products, if an item does not meet your quality standards, we invite you to fill out the contact form with the following details:

  • Order number
  • The specific model involved (its name can be found on the label sewn inside)
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos illustrating the observed issue(s)

After reviewing the case with our team, if the defect is confirmed, a prepaid return label will be sent to you via email. Please note that the request must be made prior to returning the products in order to be eligible for reimbursement of return costs.

Additionally, please inform us if you have refused the package from the carrier due to visible damage to the package.
