My order is consider to be delivered on the Colissimo website but I haven't received it ?Updated a year ago

Before initiating the investigation process with Colissimo, please ensure that no member of your family (or neighbor, or caretaker) has received the package on your behalf, or that the package has not been deposited at your local post office.

Initially, we advise you to contact the post office at 3631 to dispute this delivery and initiate an investigation. Then, you must send us to the email address [email protected]: a handwritten statement stating that you are not the recipient, along with a copy of your national identity card.

If you were absent for more than 14 days, it is also possible that the package has been returned to us after exceeding the storage period at your post office. Your tracking information may then mention "Package returned to sender / Unclaimed package."

Please note that we cannot resend your order; it will be refunded once processed, and if you wish, you can place a new order.
