My order is considered to be delivered to the point relay but is not thereUpdated a year ago
Before initiating the investigation process with the relevant pick-up point, please ensure that you have visited the designated pick-up location indicated on the online tracking. Due to the deactivation of certain pick-up points, it sometimes happens that your parcel is delivered to another nearby pick-up point.
In your customer account, under "My purchases," by clicking on the specific order, you will find the details of your parcel's journey. If your parcel has remained at the pick-up point for more than 7 days (Mondial Relay) or 5 days (Pickup Station), 15 days (post office or Colissimo merchant pick-up point), it is also possible that the parcel has been returned to us after exceeding the storage period at your pick-up point. Your tracking information will then indicate "Parcel returned to sender."
