The amount charged does not match my order, why?Updated a year ago

If despite our efforts, one or more item(s) from your order are not shipped, we sincerely apologize. These products will not be shipped subsequently.

When you place your order, an authorization is made on your bank account. The payment is processed upon shipment of the order. If we are unable to fully fulfill your order, you will only be charged for the amount of the items shipped. The authorization corresponding to the amount of the item(s) not shipped will then be canceled.
