We offer home delivery and pickup point delivery in Mainland France, as well as home delivery and pickup point delivery within the European Union (in a selection of countries*).

We do not offer in-store pickup for online orders.

Package availability:

Delivery with Mondial Relay, you have 7 days to collect your order from the time it is made available. Please note, this period may be reduced to 5 days during peak times.

Delivery with Colissimo Point Relais: a period of 5 calendar days for a Pickup Station or 14 calendar days for a merchant relay or 15 calendar days for a post office pickup.
