What is the return policy and process ?Updated a month ago

We thank you for your order and we regret that it does not give you complete satisfaction. 

Here is the procedure to make an online return:

1️⃣ Click on the following link: RETURN REQUEST
2️⃣ Enter your order number and email address.
3️⃣ Once logged in to your order, select the item(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for the return.
4️⃣ A Mondial Relay label and a return voucher will be generated and made available to you.


Important information:

  • You have 15 days from the receipt of your package to make the return. 
  • Once you drop off your package at a pick-up point, it will take 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for us to receive and process it in our warehouse.


Once the return is processed, you will receive an automatic email confirming the refund.

If, after this period, you haven't received an email, feel free to contact us at the following address: [email protected].


Feel free to reuse the package of origin. If you had chosen a pick-up point delivery mode you can send it back via any pick-up point.

Returns within France. Returns must be done within 14 days after receipt of the order, the carrier postmark being taken as proof.

For international orders, that were not delivered by Mondial Relay, return shipping costs are at your charge. You can return your order by mail, we advise a delivery with a tracking number. 

From your personal account, simply click on " Return my order" and follow the steps, then send the return parcel to the following address :

Return policy:

Items must be returned new (not damaged, soiled or worn) in their original packaging, with the original labels on the clothing. Shoe soles must be clean and intact.

If these conditions are not respected, and the item is unsuitable for sale, Sud Express has the right to refuse return and refund. If necessary, you will be notified by email and the article will be returned to you.
