Thank you for your order — we’re sorry it didn’t fully meet your expectations.
Here’s how to easily return an item to Sud Express 👇

🔁 Steps to make a return

1️⃣ Click the following link: Return request
2️⃣ Enter your order number (starting with the letter S) and your email address.
3️⃣ Select the item(s) you wish to return and specify the reason for your return.
4️⃣ A Mondial Relay return label and a return form will be automatically generated and available for download.

🕓 Processing times and conditions

  • You have 15 days from the date of receipt to send your return.

  • Once your parcel is dropped off at a Mondial Relay pickup point, please allow 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for it to reach our warehouse and be processed.

  • After your return is validated, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email of your refund.

🌍 International returns

For international orders (outside France and Mondial Relay coverage), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

📦 Return conditions

Returned items must be:

  • new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;

  • in their original packaging with all tags attached;

  • shoes must have clean and intact soles.

If these conditions are not met, Sud Express reserves the right to refuse the return and refund. In such cases, you will be notified by email and the item will be sent back to you.
