Where can I track my orders and returns?Updated a month ago
📦 You can view the history and status of your orders and returns at any time from your Sud Express customer account, under the “My purchases” section.
🔄 Order status tracking:
🟡 Status “In preparation”
Your order is being processed by our logistics team and has not yet been handed over to the carrier.
⏱️ Preparation time: 48h to 72h business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
⚠️ This timeframe may be extended by 2 to 3 days during commercial operations (sales, private sales, etc.).
📦 Status “Shipped”
Your parcel has been handed over to the carrier and is on its way.
You will have received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
👉 Track your parcel directly from your customer account or via the tracking link in the email.
✅ Status “Return received”
Your return has been registered by our warehouse.
⏳ Please note: the overall processing time for a return is 10 to 15 business days from the drop-off of your parcel at the relay point. This timeframe includes transportation, receipt at the warehouse, processing, and refund.
💳 Once validated, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
💡 Tip:
From your customer account, you can track returns in progress, view past orders, download invoices, and update your delivery information.
